  • Rituel Foundation

    Ideal for those new to the studio or beginning their Pilates journey. This class applies the foundational Pilates principles and integrated movement sequences to build confidence, alignment, control and deep core integration. Suitable for pregnancy.

  • Rituel Signature

    A dynamic, full-body class for dedicated movers with an established Pilates practice. Emphasising precision, considered progression and embodied awareness, Rituel Signature refines technique, strengthens form and delivers challenge with intention.

  • Rituel Strength

    Rituel Strength takes the principles of Pilates movement and combines it with heavy weights, offering a class that focuses on functional movement that builds strength and challenges muscle endurance. Not suitable for pre-natal clients.

  • Rituel Barre

    Designed for those that like a focused and dynamic movement practice, Rituel Barre is inspired by ballet and Pilates and brings you the burn with a focus on lengthening, toning and form. This class can be modified for pregnancy.

  • Rituel Restore

    A mindfully paced class incorporating elements of stretching, mobility and meditation to harmonise your nervous system, support your movement practice and deepen your mind-body connection.

  • Baby & Me

    A full body, low-impact Pilates class designed to restore your core, support your posture and rebuild strength with intention. Open to mothers, fathers and carers — babies are always welcome. Not suitable for pre-natal clients.

  • Rituel Athletic

  • The studio experience

    A curated, small-group session to deepen your mind-body connection and understand Pilates as a complete system. Using the studio apparatus (cadillac, wunda chair, barrel) this is the full expression of classical Pilates through a contemporary lens. Suitable for pre-natal clients, or clients with an existing pathology.

    It is a requirement that you have a private appointment prior to joining this class and be cleared to exercise by an allied health professional.
